  Wow. I don't know where to start. If I could leave a review with no stars I would! My fiancé and I came to this store because they offer scooter rental services. We walked in and the owner was helping someone else. We waited a little while she kissed the lady's ass because she was purchasing several things. She finally asked us what we wanted and directed us to this young man and told us that he handled the rentals. We followed him and he told us we could practice in the parking lot until we could get the hang of riding... the scooters died twice in the parking lot. We didn't even make it out. We went inside to ask for our refund because they had a sign that said that the contracts weren't in effect until we left the parking lot. The young man came up to us and said that the owner said she wasn't going to refund any fees. We asked to speak with her and he went to ask and came back and said that the owner said she couldn't process refunds because she didn't know how.. we asked to speak to her again and she finally came out, but with the bitchiest attitude!!! I was so confused because it felt like she forgot we were customers for a second... She argued with us for a minute and ignored my questions... I literally asked her something 3 times before she answered.. it was just a horrible experience. My fiancé was frustrated and told her we would just dispute the charges and she told us to go ahead... She finally said she would refund us in the end. We did nothing wrong and we were treated poorly. Word of mouth is a powerful thing and I know if I was lucky enough to own a little shop that I would treat all my customers with the utmost respect. Maybe she's bitter because her shop looks like a goodwill and smells like farts.
